Risk ICD-10-CM CRC Handwritten notes out of order. I took photos of my last three years of ICD-10-CM notes and combined them with what I have written inside my ICD manual for a CRC certification exam attempt. I hope these help you with your exam. Some photos are the same but different years versions of my notes and they are out of order from the manual due to formatting issues but its a great set of notes I am going to use for my CRC certification exam.
